UM, SO ULTIMATELY YOU ALL, I HAD THE REVIEW AUTHORITY WITH COMPATIBILITY FOR THE HISTORIC DISTRICT, BUT BECAUSE OF THE NEWNESS OF LONG MURALS, I, WE HAVE A, I DON'T KNOW IF WE WANT TO CALL IT A COMMITTEE, BUT THE WARREN COUNTY PROJECT FOR THE ARTS, THAT'S SUPPOSED TO NOT MAKE DECISIONS, BUT I GUESS RECOMMEND YOU ON THE ARTISTIC CHARACTER AND CONCEPTS OF THE MURALS.

THAT'S JUST SOMETHING TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION.

WE GOT SOME GOOD ONES, SOME THAT WERE NOT WORKABLE.

AND, UH, WE, YOU KNOW, WE SETTLED ON THESE THREE.

SO, SO WE HAVE, WE HAVE CHOSEN THESE THROUGH AMBULANCE.

WE PARENT THEM TO THE WALLS ALSO, YOU KNOW, THE ARTISTS WITH THE WALL OR WITH THE BUILDING.

SO THE FIRST MURAL, THE ONE AT, UH, FROM SUBMITTED BY TRANSPORTER BELMONT AT WAYNE TEENIE'S MAIN STREET, UM, THAT IS FOR THE WALL FRONTING KID LANE.

AND JUST AN IMPORTANT NOTE ON THAT IT'S A NON-CONTRIBUTING STRUCTURE WITHIN THE HISTORIC

DISTRICT, BUT BECAUSE OF THE SIZE, YOU KNOW, AND THE SCALE OF THE PAINTING WOULD DEFINITELY HAVE AN EFFECT, YOU KNOW, UM, ON THE HISTORIC DISTRICTS, WHEREAS THE OTHER TWO, YOU KNOW, 200 EAST MAIN STREET AND FIVE OH ONE EAST MAIN STREET ARE CONTRIBUTING STRUCTURES.

THIS IS DOWN THAT ALLEY PARKING AREA TO THE BREWERY.

SO THIS WOULD BE IT'S RELATIVELY NEW.

I CAN STILL REMEMBER APPROVING AND I THINK THAT'S ONE WAY TO IMPROVE FOR THE GOVERNMENT.

THEY PUT THEM HERE ON THE ONE SIDE WALL WHEN THEY PAINTED THIS BUILDING UP TO THAT BECAUSE IT WAS NOT IN CONTRIBUTING BRICK WAS SORT OF PIECEMEAL.

SO THEY'RE PUTTING PAINT OVER PAINT.

IT DOESN'T BOTHER ME ONE DAY.

I DON'T SEE ANYTHING IN THE TRASH FROM NO, I CAN ADD A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE RNS THAT CREATED THIS AS PULLING FROM THE COLORS THAT ARE ON KID LANE TO A CERTAIN DEGREE, TO TRY TO PULL IT TOGETHER.

UM, THAT BUILDINGS ACROSS KID LANE FACING MAIN STREET FROM THE TRANSFORM BUILDING, I THINK IS IF YOU GUYS GOT A CHANCE TO APPROVE THAT COLOR OR NOT, BUT IT'S SORT OF A TEAL GREEN, THAT'S SORT OF A STRONG COLOR, REALLY THINKS IT OUT.

BUT ANYWAY, YOU KNOW, YOU'VE GOT A LOT OF POWER, A LOT OF STRONG COLORS, BUT THE FEELING OF THE MURAL WOULD TIE ALL THAT TOGETHER, BONDING EXISTING ONE COMPANY.

SO DO WE HAVE TO APPROVE THESE SEPARATELY OR COLLECTIVELY THEY HAVE DIFFERENT, THEY HAVE DIFFERENT NUMBERS ON THEM AND DOCUMENTATION.

IT TURNS INTO A LOT MORE TIME AND WORK AND SCOPE CREEP WHEN IT COMES TO IMPLEMENTATION.

AND THEN SHE TOOK A WALK DOWN MAIN STREET AND SHE SAID, UM, THE COLORFUL NATURE OF DOWNTOWN MAIN STREET IS SO COLORFUL, UM, BY USING COLOR IN A LIMITED CAPACITY AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE BLACK AND WHITE SCHEME.

THIS PROVIDES A CONTRAST TO THE SURROUNDING COLORS.

FIRST MAKES THEM STAND OUT EVEN MORE.

UM, I'M STILL HOPING THAT A FEW ELEMENTS WITH SOME MINOR AREAS OF NEGATIVE SPACE AND RAMPED A FEW INSECTS AS WELL.

AND THEN SHE WANTED YOU TO KNOW THAT THE WHITE WOOD GRAIN, UH, WITH WRAP AROUND TO THE MAIN, UH, MAIN STREET SIDE, LIKE MAYBE ONE, LIKE, YOU KNOW, LIKE A BRANCH I'LL REACH AROUND TO THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING.

ANY OF THESE ARE GOING TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE APPALACHIAN TRAIL MURAL PROJECT.

WE HAVEN'T GOTTEN THAT FAR.

I WOULDN'T GUESS WE WILL DO THAT.

I THINK TO DO THAT, THEY HAVE TO HAVE THE 80 SOMEWHERE IN THE MURAL IN ITS DOCUMENTATION, BUT IT'S, IT'S EASY TO LIKE PUT IT IN A CORNER.
