UM, THE ROAD IS, IS NOT ANYMORE.
IT'S JUST NOT SUITABLE FOR COMMERCIAL USE.
UM, WE'VE MARKETED THE PROPERTY BY OURSELVES, THE THREE HOUSES AND THIS LOT, AND WE'VE ALSO, UM, WE'VE GONE ALL THE WAY TO THE CORNER WITH A WHOLE LINEUP OF PEOPLE TRYING TO MARKET IT AS COMMERCIAL PROPERTY.

THEY'VE TALKED TO VDOT, THEY'VE TALKED TO THE ZONING, AND THERE'S NO WAY TO GET OUT.

WE OPENED 13 NEW CODE ENFORCEMENT CASES, CLOSED OUT 10 ENFORCEMENT CASES, AND CONDUCTED 27 INSPECTIONS.
UM, WE ACCEPTED FIVE NEW LAND USE APPLICATIONS, UM, ISSUED SIX NEW SIGN PERMITS AND TOOK IN, UM, 11 BUSINESS LICENSES.
UM, AND WE HAD ABOUT, WE HAD 209 PEOPLE, UH, OR WALK-INS TO THE DEPARTMENT THIS MONTH.
SO THAT BRINGS OUR ANNUAL TOTAL UP TO 1,891 PEOPLE WALKING INTO OUR DEPARTMENT.
UM, AND WE ARE UP TO 32 NEW DWELLING UNITS, WHICH IS THE NUMBER OF DWELLING UNITS, LIKE THE TOTAL NUMBER FOR LAST YEAR.
