SO THEY'RE ASKING FOR A SPECIAL EXCEPTION FOR THE REDUCTION IN THE SIZE OF THE PARKING SPACES.

ALSO, IN THE SPECIAL EXCEPTION, UH, THE REQUIREMENT WITHIN THE APARTMENT PART OF THE CODE REQUIRES THE PARKING SPACES BE 30 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINE.

SO THAT'S THE AREA OUTLINED IN RED WITH THE OFFSET OF 30 FEET.

SO THOSE PARKING SPACES BETWEEN THE RED LINE AND THE PROPERTY LINE, IF THIS WAS A NEW APARTMENT BUILDING, WOULD NOT BE PERMITTED.

SO THIS IS AN EXISTING PARKING LOT, UM, USED THAT WAS ESTABLISHED.

AND THERE THE, AS THE APPLICATION IS FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTION, THAT THE PARKING CAN BE CLOSER THAN THE 30 FEET TO THE PROPERTY LINE.

AND THEY'RE ALSO ASKING FOR REDUCTION OF THE 10 BY 20 SPACES THAT'S REQUIRED BY APARTMENTS TO THE STANDARD PARKING SPACES OF NINE BY 18.
