AND THEY DID NOT HAVE A WARREN COUNTY BUILDING PERMIT.

UH, WE MET WITH THE HOMEOWNER AND THE CONTRACTOR AFTER THAT MEETING.

UH, THEY DID APPLY FOR, UH, A PERMIT, ZONING PERMIT THROUGH THE TOWN TO INSTALL A METAL ROOF ON THE BUILDING, REMOVE THE PRESENT DAY, UH, FIBERGLASS, UH, SH ROOF, REPLACE THAT WITH THE METAL ROOF.

UH, THEY PUT THE APPLICATION IN THAT HAS BEEN APPROVED AND THEY DID SUBMIT A BUILDING PERMIT FOR BORN COUNTY.

UM, AND THAT'S THE, UH, LATEST THAT I KNOW OF, UH, THE SITUATION WITH THE, UH, PROJECT.

THEY HAVE NOT DID ANY WORK.
