UH, THE FIRST MEETING THAT WE HAD WITH COUNSEL WAS BACK IN AUGUST OR OCTOBER OF 2021. WE HAD KICKOFF MEETINGS AT THE PAVILION IN NOVEMBER. UM, AND THEN THE EXIST, WE PUT OUT THE SURVEY AND WE HAD EXISTING CONDITIONS REPORT AND SURVEY RESULTS IN THE DECEMBER JANUARY RANGE. UM, AND THE WAY THIS WORKED IS PLANNING COMMISSION WAS GIVEN THESE PIECES AS WE GOT 'EM. AND I, I BELIEVE COUNSEL SAW SOME OF THESE AS WELL. SO ABOUT THE PROCESS, IT WAS LITTLE BITS HERE AND THERE. AND THEN, UM, WE HELD OUR PUBLIC OPEN HOUSES AND THEN BY JULY WE HAD A DRAFT CONFERENCE, A PLAN THAT WAS PUT ON THE TOWN'S WEBSITE AND RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC AND ALSO PLAN COMMISSION AND COUNCIL MET SOMEWHERE IN THERE TOO. I, I, I WANNA SAY BEFORE. YEAH. YEP. AND PLANNING COMMISSION OR COUNCIL AND FREDA EVEN MET ON IT TOO. MM-HMM. , WE HAD, WE HAD MULTIPLE RETREATS ON THIS. WE DO HAVE A BIT OF A HOUSING SHORTAGE HERE AND A, AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROBLEM. AND THEN ENVIRONMENTAL ACCESS OR SUSTAINABILITY. WE WANT INDUSTRIAL HERE, WE WANT SOME TYPE OF COMMERCIAL IN THESE PLACES. AND WE'VE LOOKED AT WHERE IS IT MOST APPROPRIATE TO HAVE THESE? WHERE DO WE HAVE IT NOW? WHERE DOES IT MAKE SENSE TO START SHIFTING THINGS AROUND? AND WHAT YOU'LL ALSO SEE IS THAT HATCHED GREEN AREA THAT IS THE FLOOD, UM, ZONE AND FLOODWAY IN TOWN.
