THEY DID A GREAT WORK WITH THE GRADING.

BUT THE WATER INTRUSION, IF YOU HAVE CURB AND GUTTER RIGHT THERE, AND THEN IT ENDS, IS GONNA CAUSE INTRUSION ALL THE WAY DOWN THE FOUNDATION OF THE HOUSE BESIDE IT.

RUNOFF IS A MID CONTRIBUTE CONTR CONTRIBUTOR TO EROSION THAT DAMAGES CURBS AND PROPERTY EDGES, CURB AND GUTTERS HOLD THE PAVEMENT IN PLACE, COLLECTS RUNOFF FROM PAVED STREETS, PREVENTING THE EROSION OF ROAD SIZE, SHOULDERS AND ADJACENT SLOPES.
SO IT ACTUALLY MAKES THINGS TIGHT FOR THE ROAD.
SO DOWN THE ROAD, DOWN THE ROAD, A PUN POND THERE.
WE, WE, WE DON'T HAVE TO DO AS MUCH MAINTENANCE TO THE ROAD BECAUSE THE ROAD LASTS LONG.

BECAUSE I, TRUST ME, I PUT CARBON AND GUTTER IN FOR 11 FOR SEVERAL YEARS, AND I CAN TELL YOU RIGHT NOW THAT THAT MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE IN, IN A HEIGHT OF A, OF A CURB COMPARED TO WHAT YOU HAVE RIGHT HERE, MINIMAL IMPACT IF, IF ANYTHING AT ALL.
NOW, IF IT DIDN'T HAVE THAT, I WOULD BE CONCERNED BECAUSE THEN YOU WOULD HAVE AN ISSUE OF WATER GRAVEL, JUST GRAVEL WASHING OFF.
BUT SINCE THEY WERE ACTUALLY, THEY HAD THE FORESIGHT TO PUT THAT LITTLE BIT OF, OF A LIP RIGHT THERE.
I THINK THAT'S BEEN, YEAH, I KNOW IT'S BEEN THERE, BUT I MEAN, SINCE THAT WAS THERE AND, YOU KNOW, DONE IN THE PAST.

SO WHEN I TALKED ABOUT THE WATER INTRUSION, WE'RE SETTING THE PRECEDENT SHORE, BUT I DON'T THINK WE'RE SETTING THE PRECEDENTS THE RIGHT TIME ON THE RIGHT STREET OR WITH THE RIGHT HOUSE.
I HAVE PUBLICLY SPOKEN BEFORE COUNCIL AND OPPOSITION TO CURB AND GUTTER WAIVERS BEFORE.
BUT THIS ONE MAKES ABSOLUTE NO SENSE WHEN I SAID LOGICAL, BECAUSE YOU'RE GONNA COME OFF AND THEN THE RUNNER, THE WATER RUNOFF IS GOING TO RUN STRAIGHT DOWN THOSE PEOPLE'S FOUNDATION.
AND SO, LIKE I MENTIONED, THEY DO HAVE SOMEONE COMING IN.
UM, LORD, I DON'T KNOW IF THEY SHARED THOSE PLANS WITH YOU.
